Size guide
How to measure, and how bra sizes work.
How to measure
- Wear a non-padded bra or none. Stand straight and breathe out normally.
- Under the bust: wrap a soft tape snugly around your ribcage, just under the bust. This gives your band size.
- Across the fullest part: keep the tape loose and level around the fullest part of the bust. This gives your cup.
Band size
Round your under-bust measurement to the nearest even number. 31 to 33 inches is a 32 band, 33 to 35 inches is a 34 band, and so on.
Cup size
Take away the band size from the fullest measurement. A difference of 1 inch is an A cup, 2 is B, 3 is C, 4 is D, and 5 is DD.
| Band size | Under the bust (inches) | A | B | C | D |
